Dr. S. Otis Pratt has 25-plus years of successful visionary management of organizational teams coupled with leading delivery of state-of-the-art technology worldwide in changing and challenging environments.
He has a celebrated career as a U.S. Department of State diplomat traveling worldwide, employing proven leadership by developing high-performing teams, forging partner relationships, and building consensus across multiple organizational levels.
Through his exemplary communication skills leveraged by his expertise as an influencer, negotiator, and facilitator, he offers solutions to the struggles of Corporate America and the network of the Good Ol' Boys. First published in 1996, the book is still very relevant today.
Mr. Pratt has a Master of Laws with a focus on International Business, Trade, and Tax Law. He also holds a Master's in Computer Science. He also holds a Doctoral Degree in Business Administration.
